渋谷パルコで最後のファッションショー at Shibuya Parco 公園通り広場

渋谷パルコ(東京都渋谷区)が、本年8月からの建替え一時休業(渋谷パルコ Part1とPart3を地上20階建の大型複合ビルへ建替え。来年3月に着工し2019年秋開業予定)を前に、1973年開業の渋谷パルコ Part1 公園通り広場で最後となる「さよなら、またね。デモ、Last Show」と題したFashion Showを開催。8月7日最終営業日へ向け渋谷パルコのクロージングイベントがスタートした。

WOMAN EXPO TOKYO 2016 at 東京ミッドタウン

今年で第三回目となる”WOMAN EXPO TOKYO 2016″ (主催:日本経済新聞社/日経BP社。日経グループ・ウーマノミクスプロジェクトの一環として催される女性がもっと活躍できる環境づくりを応援するイベント)が東京ミッドタウン・イースト(東京都港区)で2日間開催され、様々なジャンルで活躍するキャストを交え約一時間のタイムテーブルで構成される事前申込制ワーキングウーマンの為のスペシャル・トークセッションプログラム(トークショー)が会場で人気。立見客も出る大入満席となった飯島直子&瞳のプロによるビューティーアドバイス「いいこと教えてあげる」で、飯島は「雨も降っていないのに傘をさすことにためらいがある」と紫外線対策のスペシャルエピソードトークを語り、TMTホールを大爆笑の渦に巻き込んでいた。また、展示会場ブースでは、協賛各社によるサンプル配布や体験コーナーが設置され、終日多くの女性来場者で賑わいみせた。

TRP2016 Parade & Fest in Shibuya


東京渋谷で”Tokyo Rainbow Pride 2016″ Parade & Fest が開催され、約4,500人の参加者が代々木公園に集結し公園通りからハチ公前・原宿など渋谷の街を大パレード。フェスティバルには2日間で約70,000人が来場し過去最高の動員となった。またイベント会場ではキャロライン・ケネディ駐日米大使はじめ各国大使らも来賓として登壇しスピーチした。Thousnads of TRP2016 attendees parading down the streets of Shibuya, at the Shibuya Hachiko Crossing in Shibuya Tokyo at TRP2016 Parade & Fest.

第10回 東京マラソン Tokyo Marathon 2016 & マラソン祭り in 浅草

東京2月の風物詩となっている東京マラソン（Tokyo Marathon 2016) が開催され、第10回目となる今回は国内外から3万6千人以上のランナーが参加し、好天の下、東京主要観光名所を巡る42.195kmのコースを駆け抜けた。また沿道各所においてはマラソン祭り(全28会場)など関連イベントが同時開催され、東京マラソン出場記念撮影スポットとして人気の高い浅草「浅草寺」雷門前では、金龍舞や浅草芸者衆による和太鼓演舞などのパフォーマンスが繰り広げられ、多くの外国人ランナーが応援イベントや声援に応えていた。優勝はフェイサ・リレサ(エチオピア)、女子はヘラー・キプロ(ケニア)
