東京都がボランティア活動推進のゴミ拾い体験型イベントを代々木公園で開催

近年ハロウィンムーブメントにおけるクリーンアップキャンペーン(街頭でのカボチャごみ袋配布によるクリーンキャンペーン Halloween & Tokyo)はじめ、オフハロ・プロジェクトなど、多種多様な街づくり対策が盛んに行われている東京渋谷で、若者世代をターゲットとしたゴミ拾い体験型イベント「代々木公園で#ちょいボラ with みちょぱ」を東京都が開催 (2016年2月策定の共助社会づくりを進めるための東京都指針, 東京都長期ビジョンにおける都市戦略・政策指針に係る事業の一環)。冷え込みが増す初冬の代々木公園に集った参加者らは、軍手に清掃道具(ゴミばさみ・ゴミ袋)を持ち、グループに別れ約50分程のゴミ拾い活動を体験。イベントには、東京在住のボランティア団体も参加し、ボランティアが気軽で身近な活動であることを体験型イベントでアピールした。また会場(代々木公園イベント広場)では、イベント参加者全員に特製ラバーリストバンドが入場時に配布され嬉しそうに手にする女子達の笑顔が非常に目立っていた。

第11回渋谷音楽祭 The Shibuya Music Fest 2016

今年で第11回目となる東京渋谷秋恒例のミュージックイベント「渋谷音楽祭」(主催:渋谷音楽祭実行委員会)が開催され、午後から交通規制を実施して行われた第2日目の渋谷は、日本伝統芸能の和太鼓からRock, Pops, Jazz and DJsなど様々なジャンルのストリートLiveが街角で繰り広げられ、終日多くの見物人・外国人観光客で賑わいをみせた。The Shibuya Music Fest 2016 featuring Music Live Performances on the streets of Shibuya was held for two days in Shibuya Tokyo.

イベント終盤となる夕刻からの渋谷駅ハチ公前ミニステージでは、日本のJazzバンド(TRI4TH)がHotなLiveパフォーマンスとJazzセッションで、まさにハチ公前広場ストリートLiveの盛り上げに一役♪ また東急文化村通りでは、Shibuya Fashion Weekとのコラボ企画ストリートランウェイ(Shibuya Fashion Week “Shibuya Runway” Fashion Show)、宮下公園では “Fashion Port New East”(第1日目と同日開催)なども開催され渋谷の街を彩った。

渋谷オフハロ・ガールズパレード「Off Halloween Girls Parade 2016」 in Shibuya

東京渋谷で近年秋の名物イベント化をたどる通称”渋ハロ”(渋谷ハロウィン, 渋谷ハチ公及び周辺エリアのハロウィンムーブメント)を前に、”No Dust”, “No Trouble”, “No Strange” (安全性・美化・防犯など)を呼びかける「Off Halloween Messenger Girls Parade」(主催:渋谷区観光協会)が行われ、ハロウィンマナー啓発プロップスをもった女子達がハチ公前から渋谷の街を大パレード♪ 街行く人々にハロウィンマナーをアピールした。ハロウィンナイト当日も「Girls Walk & Party」を渋谷にて開催予定。
