The AwaOdori 2016 was held for four days with 1.23 million visitors during Japanese Summer “Obon” on 12-15 August in Awa Japan.

本場阿波とくしま「阿波おどり」ガイドマップ

“AwaOdori” Summer Festival Main Embujo Map, aka “Sajiki” which will be setup in downtown Tokushima city, Awa Japan during 12-15 August every year. The main spectacle takes place between 18:00 and 22:30.
The four reserved stage areas with paid seating available: The “Aibahama Embujo“, “Minami-UchiMachi Embujo“, “KonyaMachi Embujo“, “Shiyakusho-Mae Embujo“
The Free areas on the dance streets: The “Ryogoku-HonMachi Embujo” with free seating, “ShinMachi-Bashi Embujo”, and other Odori Squares: The “ShinMachi-Bashi East Odori Square (aka Uki stage)”, “MotoMachi Odori Square”, “Akita-Machi Odori Road” the new AwaOdori free dance road which will open from 12 August 2018 and more…
