第6回渋谷・表参道 Women’s Run 2016

東京渋谷・代々木公園を中心に女性ランナー限定のランニングイベント「渋谷・表参道 Women’s Run 2016」が開催され、早朝から約5,000人の女性ランナーがスタート&フィニッシュ地点である代々木公園ケヤキ並木通りに集結。公園通りから表参道・明治神宮など渋谷エリアの主要観光スポットを巡る人気のWomen’s Run 10kmコースを駆け抜けた。
また、今開催ゲストランナーの一人として、2015年阿波おどりに出演し素晴らしい女踊りで本場阿波の桟敷へ踊り込んだ北川弘美さんも登場し、軽快なランニングパフォーマンスで沿道からの声援に応えていた。総合優勝は圧巻のランニングをみせた吉田香織選手(35:32)

「ふるさと祭り東京2016」日本のまつり 沖縄エイサー

沖縄から全島エイサーまつりなどでお馴染みの「園田青年会」が登場。ミス沖縄・ミスハイビスカス(沖縄市観光親善大使)・沖縄市のゆるキャラ”エイ坊”も会場に参加し沖縄の伝統芸能であるエイサーをピーアール。カチャーシーの代表曲として知られる「唐船ドーイ」などの演舞を披露した。

Tokyo Marathon 2016 ランナー応援イベント「マラソン祭り」


今年で第10回目を迎える「東京マラソン Tokyo Marathon 2016」(主催:一般財団法人東京マラソン財団)に合わせ、2/28の大会当日、マラソンコース沿道の全28会場でランナー応援イベント「マラソン祭り」(主催:東京都)が開催予定。

The Marathon Matsuri Fest, an accompanied event of the Tokyo Marathon 2016 to support runners on the streets is held on Feb 28 2016. The Tokyo Marathon starts at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bldg in Shinjuku and ends at the Tokyo Big Sight in Ariake Tokyo. The attractively designed route passes several of Tokyo’s main tourist spots.

また、2/25からは東京ビックサイトでのランナーゼッケン受取に合わせ、世界最大級のランニングをテーマとしたトレードショー「東京マラソンEXPO2016」(入場無料, 東京ビッグサイト西展示棟)が 2/25-27の日程で開催される。今年は史上最多の123団体が出展予定。東京マラソンEXPO2016 (主催:一般財団法人東京マラソン財団)
