今年から東京渋谷区との共催になった渋谷芸術祭。ソーシャルプロデュースをコンセプトに掲げ各業界からも期待される長谷部健渋谷区長の開会スピーチで第7回「渋谷芸術祭 The Shibuya Art Fest 2015」が開幕。オープニングセレモニー会場のハチ公前特設ステージ(第2日目からは宮下公園)では Music Liveを主体とするライブパフォーマンスが繰り広げられ、週末は渋谷秋の名物イベント化をたどるハロウィンとも重なり大賑わい。Halloween Fashionは、80-90sポジパン風のハイレベルな渋谷ゴス系Bloody Makeupが街角で人気♪ またShibuya109前では、同日2日間の日程でお台場T-Spookとのハロウィンコラボイベント”109HALLOWEEN”も開催され、ハチ公前交差点周辺は終日Halloween Nightを楽しむ人々で埋め尽くされた。
