日本・シンガポール外交関係樹立50周年記念 “SJ50 Matsuri” AwaOdori in Singapore 2016
The “SJ50 Matsuri”, a mass celebration to commemorate the 50th year of Singapore-Japan Diplomatic Relations. The Festival features AwaOdori in Singapore, including the AwaOdori and Friendship Parade will take place on the orchard road on 29 October 2016 (20:00-21:00). SJ50 Matsuri offers an exciting multi-media showcase of; Traditional Japanese culture and modern creativity, Live performances, A true taste of Japanese food and drinks, and more… at the Ngee Ann City’s Civic Plaza (391 Orchard Road Singapore) on 29 to 30 October 2016 (10:00-20:00) in Singapore.
東京マラソン Tokyo Marathon 2023
「東京マラソン2023」(主催:一般財団法人東京マラソン財団) が開催され、本年よりレース参加者定員もコロナ禍前の2019年大会と同規模となり、約3万8000人のランナーが東京都心を駆け抜けた。また、コース沿道での応援も4年ぶりに復活、国内外から訪れた多くの見物人や観光客らが声援を送った。
男子はエチオピアのデソ・ゲルミサが2時間5分22秒で優勝。女子はローズマリー・ワンジル(ケニア)が2時間16分28秒で優勝した。日本人選手トップは、レース7位の山下一貴で、日本歴代3位の2時間5分51秒をマーク、日本人女子トップは、女子レース6位の松田瑞生が2時間21分44秒でゴールした。

第13回渋谷・表参道 Women’s Run 2023
年々人気拡大している渋谷の女性ランナー限定イベント「渋谷・表参道 Women’s Run 2023」(主催: 渋谷・表参道 Women’s Run実行委員会) が開催され、約5,000人のランナーが参加。早朝から桜咲く好天の中、渋谷・公園通りから表参道・明治神宮など渋谷エリアの主要観光スポットを巡る10kmのランニングコースを駆け抜けた。また、今大会はデビューランナーに加え、感染拡大の影響でイベント出場から遠ざかってしまっていたランナーにも優先出場枠を拡大し、走る喜びを改めて感じてもらう大会をコンセプトに開催された。(順位・タイム等は速報値)
