東京マラソン Tokyo Marathon 2024

「東京マラソン2024」(主催:一般財団法人東京マラソン財団) が開催され、好天のベストレースコンディションの中、約37,000人のランナーが東京都心を駆け抜けた。男子は、ベンソン・キプルト(ケニア) が、エリウド・キプチョゲのコースレコードを破り、2時間2分16秒で優勝。女子は、ストゥメ・アセファ・ケベデ(エチオピア)が、前回優勝のローズマリー・ワンジル(ケニア)を2時間15分55秒で下し、女子においても、べストタイムを更新した。男子レースは、ケニア勢が1-2-3の上位を独占。キプルトは、最後の数kmでティモシー・キプラガットを引き離し39秒差をつけてフィニッシュ、東京での初タイトルとなった。

第14回渋谷・表参道 Women’s Run 2024

渋谷で大人気となっている女性ランナー限定イベント「渋谷・表参道 Women’s Run 2024」(主催: 渋谷・表参道 Women’s Run実行委員会) が開催され、今年も約5,000人のランナーが参加。早朝からカラフルなランニングウェアを身にまとった女性ランナーたちが代々木公園に集結し、渋谷・公園通りから表参道・明治神宮など渋谷の主要観光スポットを巡る10kmのランニングコースを駆け抜けた (順位・タイム等は速報値)。

第18回 渋谷音楽祭 Shibuya Music Scramble 2023

東京渋谷秋恒例のミュージックイベント「渋谷音楽祭」(主催:渋谷音楽祭実行委員会)が開催され、午後から交通規制を実施して行われた第2日目の渋谷は、様々なジャンルのストリートLiveが街角で繰り広げられ、終日多くの見物人・外国人観光客で賑わいをみせた。The Shibuya Music Scramble 2023 aka Shibuya Music Festival featuring Music Live Performances on the streets of Shibuya was held for two days in Shibuya Tokyo.

また、東急文化村通りでは、Shibuya Fashion Weekとのコラボ企画ストリートランウェイショー(Shibuya Runway)が開催され、リアルクローズを紹介するSHIBUYA STYLE他、 今秋、渋谷・銀座・丸の内で初開催となる東京都参加型ファッションイベント「TOKYO FASHION CROSSING」によるRunway Showなどで渋谷の街を彩った。
